Obituary for Kenneth B. Skinner

Kenneth B.  Skinner
Kenneth B.Skinner, 95, of Hackettstown, formerly of Carlstadt, passed away on Sunday, April 26th, 2015.
Born in Cumberland, Rhode Island to Harold and Olive (nee Bell). He lived in Rhode Island and later moved to Maryland to continue his education, then settled in Carlstadt.
Ken was a proud United States Veteran who served in the Army during WWII, followed by employment with IBM in Newark for 35 years as a Customer Engineer, before retiring in 1980.
In his leisure time he enjoyed tinkering and tending to his Garden.
Ken is predeceased by his loving wife of 59 years Margaret (Telschow) who passed away in 2001.
He is survived by his devoted daughters Janet Bischak and her husband Michael of Nutley, Lorraine Skinner-Talbot and her husband Philip of Bloomingburgh, NY

Prayer Services will be Thursday 10:00am by the Rev. Donald M. Pitches, officiating, in the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Avenue, Rutherford. Please arrive by 9:00am on Thursday.
Entombment in George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus.
Family will receive friends Wednesday from 3 to 7pm.
