Obituary for Mary Linzalone
Mary Linzalone, (nee Watters), 82, a long time resident of Rutherford passed away Friday, April 10th, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was born and raised in NYC to Alexander and Mary Akins. On April 12th 2015 she will be married to the love of her life Frank for 62 years. The couple resided in Rutherford since 1953 where they raised their family.
Mary was a Secretary/Administrative Assistant employed by Fairleigh Dickinson University in the Bursars office until 1986 and the Rutherford Health Dept. until 1996, when she retired.
Mary is predeceased by her son Francis(2000), she will be deeply missed by her devoted husband Frank , her beloved daughter Janet, her sister Anne, her grandchildren Adam &Rachael , her brother-in-law Cesare and his wife Peggy Linzalone and many nieces & nephews.
Funeral on Tuesday gathering 11:15am for a 12:00pm Prayer Service in the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Avenue, Rutherford
Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
Family will receive friends Monday from 2 to 6 pm.
