Obituary for Dorothy Bigley
Dorothy Bigley, 88, a resident of Rutherford passed away on Wednesday, December 17th, 2014. She was born in Union City to the late Archibald and Anna (nee Lyndal) McCormick. Dorothy lived in Rutherford for 52 years since 1962. She was an inspector for Howmedica in Rutherford for 37 years. Most important to Dorothy was having meals with her growing family.
Dorothy will be deeply missed by her sons; Bernard III and his wife Wendy, Kevin and his wife Maureen, Jeffrey and his wife Donna and Eric. She is predeceased by her daughter Barbara Luczun (2009). She will also be missed by her 8 loving grandchildren; Bernard IV, Ryan, Kevin, Jr., Jonathan, Mary Grace, Rebecca, Rachel and Gunnar. She is predeceased by her sisters, Eleanor and Ann.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, gathering 9:15am in the Calhoun Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford for 10am Prayer Service.Interment following in Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City.
Family will receive friends on Friday from 3:00p to 8:00pm.
